Tim has over 25-years of international experience leading small and complex teams and large divisions of commercial banks in London and Australia with more than 500 people and $500m in revenue. Tim enjoys working with customers to find solutions to their largest challenges – helping senior executives and their teams to align leadership, strategy and culture and develop practical commercial instincts and behaviour.
Throughout a corporate and executive career that has spanned more than 25-years, Tim Chilvers has studied the alignment of leadership, strategy and culture. With a decade of Australian experience, working as a senior leader for national banking brands such as Citigroup and NAB, he has also worked globally, in Asia and central Europe leading small and complex teams in global organisations to large divisions of commercial banks with more than 500 people and $500m in revenue.
More recently he received a master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Swinburne University, is a member of The Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently serves as a non-exec director for three businesses.
