With over 20 years of experience working in change, operations and business leadership roles, Imtiyaz (Taz) offers a wealth of expertise and acumen. His work helps leaders deepen their self-awareness, understand their strengths and bring out their best in both their work and personal lives.

An Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, over his career Taz has worked closely with senior leadership teams across various industries to shape organisational strategies, lead change initiatives and build effective teams. He strongly believes in leadership diversity and has designed and facilitated various development programs to support these values within major organisations.

Taz played a foundational role in setting up and running a professional global coaching faculty within a major global financial services organisation, making coaching affordable and accessible to more leaders across the business increasing performance and leadership capability.

He has also designed and facilitated various talent development programs aimed at improving gender diversity at senior levels and supporting minority professionals to reach senior leadership roles. The driving belief behind his work is that diversity in leadership should be representative of diversity in the people led and the customers served.
