Dana brings over 25 years experience as a HR leader, transformational leadership facilitator and executive coach in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and South Africa. Her expertise include leadership development, crucial conversations, coaching, resilience, impactful communication and optimal team effectiveness.

In South Africa, she delivered a cultural transformation program called Equity which built cultural awareness and relationship-building skills in a game park (post-Apartheid). In Australia, she spent nearly 4 years as an associate facilitator and coach with the impactful ANZ cultural transformation program called Breakout.

A strong advocate for building an inclusive culture and a sense of belonging within organisations, Dana firmly believes that everybody is entitled to be heard – and it’s about how you harness the collective intelligence and perspectives in a room that creates a competitive advantage.

She draws on her life-long learning and extensive proficiency with all levels of leadership in organisations. She creates fun and inspiring learning experiences with real world skills application.
