To become an accredited coach with us is an exacting process. In addition to the benchmark requirement of many years of recognised experience in their fields, Co-Founder’s Colin James and Erica Bagshaw personally mentor and rigorously train prospective coaches over a period of years.

Hundreds of hours of rehearsals and attendance at The Colin James Method® training events is required. Accreditation is granted once it is clear that not only is the content deeply embedded, but also our coaches and facilitators are living and breathing the methodology.
