Colin has 30-years’ experience working with corporate audiences ranging from six to 6,000 people in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Italy, Spain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Africa and China. A deeply engaging educator, Colin’s unique style won him Australian Educator of the Year in 2008 and Australian Keynote Speaker of the Year 2020, he has long been held in deep regard by his training and speaking peers. He will challenge you to step up to your highest capability with the practical ‘how-to’ that only a master trainer can share.
Facilitation is a complex and sophisticated skill and Colin is internationally recognised for his ability to manage groups through often challenging and difficult processes such as strategic planning, organisational restructures, product launches, conflict management, executive leadership meetings and the like.
He is a master of navigating complexity, conflict and politically tricky situations and facilitating outcomes that have lasting and measurable value. Career highlight
His first contract was with the Australian Quadriplegic Association where he designed a groundbreaking 18- week tertiary rehabilitation program. Colin’s work with people with spinal cord injury led to him working alongside Christopher Reeve and facilitating the Australian Spinal Cord Injury Summit in 2002.
